How Cynxio handles data

PT PERINTIS ORIGIN CODE operates the Cynxio brand. This policy covers Cynxio websites, optional accounts and billing-related processing. The CleanIn extension has additional local-processing disclosures in its product privacy policy.

Websites

The Cynxio websites are static pages with no advertising or analytics scripts. Your browser still makes network requests to load pages and assets, and hosting infrastructure may process standard request information such as an IP address, user agent and requested path for delivery and security.

Accounts

If you create an account, the account service stores an account identifier, email address, optional display name, sign-in methods, sessions and product associations. Password sign-in stores a password hash; Google sign-in uses the verified Google identity. We send account emails for verification, recovery and security changes.

Cynxio does not store your LinkedIn connections, keep list, cleanup queues or cleanup history in the account service. Those records stay in the CleanIn extension's browser-local storage.

Billing-related processing

If billing is offered and you choose to use it, a payment provider processes payment details. Cynxio receives the account-scoped subscription and transaction information needed to show status, manage access, cancellation and approved refunds. The Cynxio account service does not collect or store your payment-card number.

CleanIn AI is not available in the current release. The planned prelaunch offer will involve recurring billing before AI launches; any checkout and its data disclosures will be presented before submission. No AI processing is performed under this policy today.

Security and retention

Credentials are stored as protected account records and are excluded from application diagnostics. Operational traces are bounded and do not include passwords, cookies or raw account responses. Account and billing records are retained only as needed for the service, security, reconciliation and legal obligations that apply to them.
