How Cynxio handles data

PT PERINTIS ORIGIN CODE operates the Cynxio brand. This policy covers Cynxio websites, optional accounts, internal social publishing and billing-related processing. The CleanIn extension has additional local-processing disclosures in its product privacy policy.

Websites

The Cynxio websites are static pages with no advertising or analytics scripts. Your browser still makes network requests to load pages and assets, and hosting infrastructure may process standard request information such as an IP address, user agent and requested path for delivery and security. Pages also load error monitoring (Sentry), which reports errors and performance diagnostics. When an error occurs it may keep a short replay of the page with all text masked and media blocked; ordinary visits are not recorded.

Accounts

If you create an account, the account service stores an account identifier, email address, optional display name, sign-in methods, sessions and product associations. Password sign-in stores a password hash; Google sign-in uses the verified Google identity. We send account emails for verification, recovery and security changes.

For CleanIn's free manual, CSV, date-filter and batch tools, Cynxio does not store your LinkedIn connections, keep list, cleanup queues or cleanup history in the account service. Those records stay in the CleanIn extension's browser-local storage. The free tools still make the LinkedIn and account requests they need.

Planned CleanIn Pro message review

CleanIn Pro's optional message-review feature is disabled by default and is not included in the extension currently submitted for Chrome Web Store review. If a later release enables it, each analysis starts only after you select the people and give explicit consent for that analysis. The browser sends only minimized text from selected one-to-one English conversations, self/other roles and opaque message IDs through the authenticated Cynxio backend to hosted Jev.

Names, profile URLs and connection dates stay in the browser unless the message text itself contains that information. Minimization does not make message text anonymous or promise perfect redaction. The feature does not scan the inbox in the background, send messages, or perform relationship actions.

Cynxio does not persist or log submitted message text, source excerpts, provider outputs or message-derived answers. Full selected text stays in browser memory during the analysis only. Account-scoped operation, model, timing, token and quota metadata is kept for up to 35 days after the usage window ends, then deleted. Account deletion removes account-scoped AI metadata under the account deletion rules.

The browser may keep fixed reasons, coverage and up to two source excerpts of 160 Unicode characters each for seven days from the result. Clear AI history, sign out or an account change removes this browser AI history and cancels in-flight responses without removing unrelated free-tool records.

Jev is hosted by TypeSafe AI. TypeSafe's published privacy policy says it will not train or fine-tune its models on prompts or other input, and may retain personal data as reasonably necessary under its policy. This integration does not provide a zero-retention guarantee.

Social publishing

Cynxio uses a private, self-hosted Postiz installation to manage its own social accounts. Authorized operators connect accounts through the platform's authorization screen or an API key. The publisher stores account identifiers, profile details, access and refresh tokens, selected media, captions, schedules and publishing results. Platform permissions may also allow access to post lists, comments and account statistics.

When an operator authorizes an upload or schedules a post, the selected content and required account information are sent to the chosen platform, including TikTok when connected. The platform handles that information under its own privacy policy. Media submitted by URL must be accessible to the platform for transfer. We do not sell connected-account data or use it to train AI models.

Publishing records are kept in the private installation while needed to manage the connected accounts. Operators can revoke access in the social platform's settings and remove local records. Revoking access does not delete content already published on a platform. To request deletion of publishing data held by Cynxio, contact the address below and identify the account concerned without sending passwords or access tokens.

Billing-related processing

If billing is offered and you choose to use it, a payment provider processes payment details. Cynxio receives the account-scoped subscription and transaction information needed to show status, manage access, cancellation and approved refunds. The Cynxio account service does not collect or store your payment-card number.

CleanIn Pro and its message-review feature are not available in the current release. No AI processing is performed under this policy today. Any later checkout and related data disclosures will be presented before activation.

Security and retention

Credentials are stored as protected account records and are excluded from application diagnostics. Operational traces are bounded and do not include passwords, cookies or raw account responses. Account and billing records are retained only as needed for the service, security, reconciliation and legal obligations that apply to them.
